Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Glowelle, your skincare is our top priority! We confidently strive to bring out the best in you with our skincare products and make you feel truly special. 


We understand that skincare is a very personal purchase, and for this reason, we are happy to issue a full refund for any full-priced, unopened/unused products returned to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of delivery.


Feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to arrange reverse pickup for most locations in India. If you receive any opened products, please feel free to reject them at the time of delivery. 


Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened, or used products and are not liable for any damage occurring post-delivery of the product. 


We will initiate your refund as soon as the product reaches our nearest warehouse and will inform you about the refund via SMS and email.


Return Policy

Our team at Glowelle puts great effort into ideating and researching each product before delivery to your doorstep. We sincerely hope to add a moment of happiness to your daily skincare routine. 


However, if you wish to return the products, you can follow the steps below:


  1. Raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you have  received wrong or expired products at our customer service.
  2. You can also raise a request using the Chat option.
  3. Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.
  4. Once your product is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon stock availability.

You can return products for the following reasons:


- Wrong product delivery

- Expired product delivery

- Damaged product delivery
